Linking a Cygames ID

This guide will walk you through how to link your game data to a Cygames ID. Doing this will allow you to continue playing on a different device.

To do this, you must first create a Cygames ID and link your game data to it. Then all you need to do is sign in to that Cygames ID on another device to transfer your game data. For details, please read through the guide.

How to Link a Cygames ID

Linking Another User ID

This guide will walk you through how to link your user data to another device using a one-time password. Doing this will allow you to continue playing on a different device.

To do this, you must first register an email address and generate a one-time password from a device linked to your user, then input your user ID and the one-time password on another device. For details, please read through the guide.

How to Set Up the Original Device for Linking

Follow the steps below on your original device to generate a one-time linking password, which will be needed to link your user ID.

1. Verify Your Email Address

Step 1

Select the menu icon in the top-right corner of the home screen and then select Add. Menus.

Step 2

Select Link User ID, then press the Set button under "Email address to receive one-time passwords."

Step 3

Enter your email address. Then, after reading and agreeing to our privacy policy by checking the box, select Set Email.

Step 4

On the confirmation screen, check that the information is correct, then select OK. Check your inbox for the email containing the verification code.

The verification code will be valid for 30 minutes after being generated.

Step 5

Press the Verify button next to your email address.

Step 6

Enter the verification code from the email, then select OK.

Step 7

If the code is correct, a confirmation message will be displayed to let you know that your email address has been verified.

Step 8

Check to the right of "Email address to receive one-time passwords" to make sure it doesn't say "Not verified."

2. Generate a One-Time Password

Step 1

On the Additional Menus screen, select Link User ID and then press the Generate button next to "Generate one-time password."

Step 2

An email will be sent to the address you set to receive one-time passwords. Please also note down your user ID, as you will need to input it into the device to which you are linking.

One-time passwords will be valid for 30 minutes after being generated.

How to Link Your User ID to the New Device

Once you have installed Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond on the new device, select Data Link from the title screen, press Link Data, then enter the user ID from the original device and your one-time password. Note that you can also do this after clearing the tutorial by selecting Link User ID from the Additional Menus screen.

Step 1

Launch Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond on the device to which you are linking, then select Data Link from the title screen.

Step 2

Select Link Data.

Step 3

Enter the user ID from your original device and one-time password.

Step 4

A confirmation window with details of the game data that will be linked will be displayed. Check that the information is correct, then press Link.

Step 5

A final confirmation message will be displayed to let you know when the data transfer is complete. Press OK to restart the game and play with the newly linked game data.

Linking a Third-Party Account

This guide will walk you through how to link your game data with a third-party account. Doing this will allow you to continue playing on a different device.

To do this, you must first link a third-party account using your original device. Then all you need to do is sign in to that account on another device to transfer your game data. For details, please read through the guide.

How to Link Your Game Data to a Third-Party Account

Step 1

Select Add. Menus from the home screen menu.

Step 2

Select Link Account.

Step 3

Press the sign-in button for the third-party service you wish to link.

Step 4

Read the prompt, then select Link Account. You will be connected to the third-party service.

Step 5

After signing in to the third-party service, you will return to this screen. Read the prompt, then select Link Data.

Step 6

A confirmation window with details of the game data that will be linked will be displayed. Check that the information is correct, then press Link Data.

Step 7

A final confirmation message will be displayed to let you know if your account was successfully linked.

How to Transfer Your Game Data to the New Device

Once you have installed Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond on the device to which you are linking, select Data Link from the title screen, then select the relevant third-party service. Note that you can also do this after clearing the tutorial by selecting Link Account from the Additional Menus screen.

Step 1

Launch Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond on the device to which you are linking, then select Data Link from the title screen.

Select the third-party service with which you originally linked your game data.

Step 3

Read the prompt, then select Link Account. You will be connected to the third-party service.

Read and confirm that the user data is correct, then select Transfer Data.

Step 5

Another confirmation prompt will appear. Check that your username, rank, and other information are correct, then press Transfer Data.

Step 6

A final confirmation message will be displayed to let you know when the data transfer is complete.
