To join events, you will need to link your Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account.
Linking a Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond Account
Step 1
After installing and opening the Tournament Navigator app, read through the terms of service, privacy policy, and app permissions guidelines and tap Create an Account.
Step 2
In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, head to Additional Menus from the home screen, open the Other tab, and press Link with Tournament Navi.
*When accessing through Steam or Epic Games, a QR Code will be displayed that you can scan with your mobile device.
Step 3
Your mobile device will automatically open the Tournament Navigator app. Confirm that your game account details are correct and tap Link.
Step 4
A message will be displayed to confirm that you have successfully linked your Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account.
Find events you're interested in and register. If participants are decided by raffle, you can check the results in the app too.
Browsing Events
Filter tournaments by category and venue.
Step 1
On the home screen, tap the filter icon in the top right.
Step 2
Select the criteria that fit your interests and tap Search to filter the tournaments displayed.
Registering for an Event
Step 1
Tap the banner for an event marked "Reg. Open."
Step 2
Read through the event rules and tap Register.
Step 3
A message will be displayed to confirm that you have successfully registered.
Checking Raffle Results
Many events will decide participants by raffle. For such events, your status will be displayed as either "Selected," "Not Selected," or "Waiting List."
*The exact date and time of the raffle will vary from event to event.*The result will be sent in a message to your Notifications inbox.*You will not be selected if you have not finished linking your Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond account by the end of the registration period.
Statuses
Selected
You have been selected to participate in the event.
Not Selected
You have not been selected to participate in the event.
Waiting List
You may still be selected to participate in the event if a spot opens up.
To participate in events, you will need to register your deck or decks via Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond.
Registering Decks
Once the event participants have been decided, you will be able to register the deck or decks you to plan to use. Be sure to do this in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond within the deck registration period. *If you fail to do this before the deadline, you will be ineligible to participate in the tournament.
Step 1
In Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, go to Arena, press Tournament Mode, and select the banner for the tournament.
Step 2
Select Deck Registration.
Step 3
Select New Deck and add a deck.
Step 4
If you're registering multiple decks (for BO3 or 2-deck BO1, for example), select New Deck again and add the rest.
Step 5
Once the "Deck(s) registered" message is displayed, your deck registration is complete.
The app also comes with a range of tools and features designed to make your event experience smoother.
Checking In
If it's an offline or in-person event, show the QR Code to event staff to check in. You can also check in using your device's location services if the tournament supports it.
Checking Your Pairings
Once your next opponent has been decided, you can check the pairing details in the Tournament Navigator app.
*A message will also be sent to your Notifications inbox.
The details of your next pairing, including your opponent's name and table number, will be displayed in the Event Results tab.
Joining Matches
Once your pairing has been announced, you will need to join the private match in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond. If you do not join in time, it will be considered a match forfeit.
Step 1
From the Arena tab, select Tournament Mode, Official Tournaments, and then the tournament banner.
Step 2
Select Join a Private Match.
Match Results
Once your match is over, the result will automatically be registered in the Tournament Navigator app.
You can check the result of your match in the app under the Event Results tab.
